No, the flange is different.

You may want to spend a little time digging through old 4-sale threads,
Someone had a CT26 to T3 adaptor about a month or so ago.
Then you could use the stock manifold, and T3 turbo.
And if I remember correctly, several months ago,
someone had one of the GReddy TD06 turbos,
that came with the CT26 flange made to bolt onto the stock manifold.

Out of curiousity, what is our stock flange? Its not T3, isnt it like TD0H or something like that?
