T3/4 Turbo?

Hi guys,

Im seeing alot of these turbos being sold on the web and in my country,
some is descriped as Garret turbos others as cheap chinese junk....... how do you know the diff.? on the price only?
The pic is from a guy selling this here and says he dosnt know the brand of the turbo , anyone knows?

from my experience, all the ones that have the "turbo charger" badge on the compressor housing are chinese made
