I haven't done this, but it seems like a general electrical project, where you probably just have to set it in the place inside the gauge cluster, hook a wire spliced from your switched/ignition power to one side of the gauge, and then a ground wire to the other side.

Do you know anything about simple electrical systems, or have you done anything electrical related on your car, even installing/crimping in a car stereo?

I did it and its pretty straight forward. All you have to do is install it and jump these two screws with a piece of wire, I can't for the life of me remember where I saw the guide for it though.

I've done a lot of stereos and some electrical in my car but was wondering if there is already wire feeds. Also what two screws did you jump?? I'd like to get this in because by boost gauge is worthless once on the gas. Thanks for your guys help. -T

i did mine but it reads like 10 volts instead of 12 hehe..

yea i was worried about that so i took a variable power suply used for medical devices and adjusted the needle... needless to say mine was about 1.5 volts off...

there are 2 different types i think, just make sure the turbo one looks the others. i mean it will still work

turbos didnt come with voltmeters, they came with boost gauges. the difference in needles would be 86.5-88 or 89-92 clusters. if you'll notice, on the late model cluster, the numbering is different, too.

I was talking about the needles, not the gauges
