This is probably dumb but oh well, I've been dumb before...

I'm running the tein flex w/ the edfc controller. Does the life span of the coilovers depend at all on the stiffness setting that I run them at daily? Like will the life span be shortened if I run them on the stiffest setting continuously?

Really? I thought I remember reading that coilovers start to show their wear after 4-5 years.

Anyone else have input?

Me being someone who worked on hydraulic machinery for a living for 2 years. I know that the stiffer you set the shocks at, the more abuse the seals take. I will not say how long a certain brand will last before it leaks, but I will just say what I said above.
