just wondering if anybody else on here has had problems with suprastore.com? i ordered the fpr install kit from them 2 weeks ago and still have not received. i ordered something not related to cars that is also out of calif 3 days later and received that 3 days ago. just seemed strange that it is taken this long to get. maybe its just me being impatient trying to get my car back on the road before i have to put it away for the winter. anybody elses opinion on this suprastore.com?

yeah. call them, and don't bother with that automated crap. just talk to sales and they'll tell you what's goin on
my plug wires took almost a month to get , because they were waiting on a shipment from MSD

well its been 2 1/2 weeks and still nothing i cant get a phone call through or anything i sent an email and still no response as far as im concerned ill never order another piece from this. i got no tracking number or anything
Last time I ordered from them (eibach lowering springs) it took them less the 5 day to get to my door. Maybe they don't like you. JK

i finally just got through to them over the phone today they say they have to order it right from the manufacturer. which is fine by me just they should have stated that it was on back order instead of keeping a customer waiting in the dark

Suprasport.com is tops in my opinion. Good communication, they return calls and e-mails, continue to support new inovative parts for our cars and have a really neat customer rewards program.
Suprastore.com, dont even get me started. I have first hand experience but will not air it here as my case may have been isolated and its not fair to judge them just on my issue.
