Suprasport???

who the hell runs suprasport.com? i ordered something and still havent received a reply from them, emailed them a couple of time and nothing. called them and only said it was for direct orders, which i didnt wanna deal with because it'd take even longer?
have any of you deal with these guys?

It is difficult trying to understand your post. How long ago did you place your order? How did you place that order? How did you contact them? Sure it was the correct address or number or w/e? How long have you been waiting on a reply from them?

I've met Greg and Jack from SupraSport. Both are good guys...

This is Jack from Suprasport.com. I am just about caught up on emails, did you email office@suprasport.com? Email me at Jack@Suprasport.com so I can get you taken care of quicker. Make sure you put on the email an order number and name. Any orders without at least one are usually deleted.
Hopefully we can get you taken care of right away, when we got back from vegas I had over 527 emails to go through. The phone has been crazy since Vegas so sorry if you havn't gotten through. Email me your phone or order info and I will get right back to you.

i made the order for empera... i ordered a vpc harness .. i put in my name and the email address i used to register in the email to office@suprasport.com..my email is xarewhyayen@aol.com... i ordered on the 20th and havent gotten any confirmation email or anything..

OK you got me thinking
IF this is Ryan order 2053 10-20-05. Your harness will ship tommorrow, it took me a couple days to find the harness because it was discontinued. I did receive your email but my reply came back as undeliverable. I don't know why it was returned but thats the scoop anyways. You should be able to check your order status online, LMK if you are unable to login for it.
Anyways if this is Ryan you will get the harness in 2-3 days via usps priority. USPS does not use tracking numbers that work but you will get it in a couple days. If not leave me a message at my email or on the phone 651-767-2477

Well it can be REALLY tough some times to get through on the phone, it's pretty much busy all day long. Safest bet is to email me directly.

Yep, That true....most of the time people do not email or cant get to the phone is because they are busy...
