Well ladies and gents, i finally got my turbo mkIII :)

But just like everything else in life, nothing is ever perfect haha

On the way home from the purchase, i noticed the rear differential was leaking, and the oil cooler hoses were leaking. other than that, the car felt VERY solid *knocking on wood*

i put the word "build" in parenthesis because, well, it's not really a build. Full time student and part time worker doesn't really give me the ability to make a proper build.

More or less like a: Fix the current problems then finish paying off the car while acquiring a couple little aftermarket parts over time. <-- or something like that

This thread will be updated every time i do something, it just won't be every day haha

onto the soup (also, i will get better pictures when the car is finished, it is currently on jackstands in the garage).

Toyota wanted $330.00 for the 4 hoses -_- psh screw that, found the exact ones online for $220.00 threw a toyota parts distributor

And a lil pic of my love, patiently waiting to get on the road!

Okay people's, time for a little update. Started to finally tear into the car a little bit. As of right now the head is off the car.

First off, I gotta send this bad boy out to Albert. She's getting a nice make-over. Billet wheel, waste-gate porting, black ceramicoating, and getting clipped. Here's a little pic to show the grossness:

Now, if the turbo looks like that, just imagine the intake. I can't believe the car made it home like this..

I got me a new intake hose from driftmotion (the black hps silicone hose) and the Apexi intake. Can't wait to replace this disgusting intake.

Next up on the list is the steering wheel. I originally wanted it in suede, but as much as i loved its looks, I had a feeling it wouldn't hold up as well as leather, so i opted for the leather version instead.

The most recent purchase is one of my favorite, the new kicks. 17x9 255 in front. 17x10 275 in rear. Love these rims to death, they look way better in person too. Once the car is up and running I'll get some nicer outside shots.

p.s. god this car needs to be lowered, monster truck status right now.
