alf Hello fellow supra owners.
I have a 87 Supra with the 7MGTE turbo charged motor. When I start the car in the morning or after it has sat and cooled down to a certain temperature it will start right up. But If i drive it for lets say 22 miles and turn it off and then imediately try to restart it, it will not start. It will turn over but not start. I have to let it sat and cool down for about a half hour and then it will start.

Any help would be greatly appriciated.

Does it stall when it's hot? Or does it just run fine until turned off?

I would suspect the fuel pressure up VSV personally. It makes the fuel pressure regulator supply higher pressure to the rail under certain conditions.

First step, no matter the suspect, is to check codes.

Here is how you check codes and what they mean:

I'll second the fuel pressure VSV. It bumps up the pressure on warm/hot starts to make sure the injectors don't get insta-evaporated fuel.
