i was asking 3g's for mine, with custom cold air, and turbo back exhast. but i was willing to work with someone. a buddy of mine was running his for 600 needing tires and a new cluch....but its sold.. :icon_conf
No, MK3 should be priced over 10k in my mind... maybe in 10 years, but not now. People need to realize that all the money they spend on mods, and wheels is gone... It's not an investment. If you buy a car for 6k and spend 20k on custom parts, the car is worth 6k. I'd much rather buy a stock car than one someone else has made for themselves... But I guess if you're patient enough then some dumbass will spend over 10k for your personalized ride. I wonder why people would want to get rid of something like that anyway? MY OPINON 1992 Tubo Targa, mint condition 30k with shadow gray leather and a 5spd, then yes I'll give you an even 10k.
I think a lot of people "invest" in mods for there own personal pleasure, not to profit.
I got my supra for $5k (cnd) with leaking exhaust manifold, but low km and mint shape.
Cheapest:free
Most expensive: 11K
I paid $8000 for mine about 8 years ago. A few months ago there was a black 89 or 90 for sale at a car dealer in Columbus for $10,000. Average I see is 3K-4K for one in average condition that runs, as low as 500 if it has problems.
Well got my supra for 400 bucks the guy thought he ripped me off then I went arround and got a used block for 70 bucks and the guy I bought the car from is begging for the car back
New is the highest you would have seen - other than that, some of the high HP machines have gone for a pretty penny. I seem to recall Will Neely's fetching around 13k USD.
