Supra Newbie!!

Hi. I'm new to the Supra world. I just recently bought by first Supra, with a BHG of course!! :: angry :: but, so is the way of the Supra! lol

I have an 89 Supra Targa Turbo, 5 spd, with lots of mods. Including: Blitz Intercooler, K&N Filter, .57 Turbo, HKS Blowoff, Greedy Downpipe, MSD Ignition, Custom 3.5 inch exhaust, GodSpeed Aluminum Radiator, and more I can think of right now.

It is the Original Red with Silver cloth interior and factory wheels, very much a sleeper!! :icon_bigg

I will post pics soon! Also, I'll be posting in the tech section to figure out how to fix this thing!!! :: angry ::

welcome to the forums and congrats on the bhg! i kind of look at it as a good thing, its eventually going to blow and you'll have more confidence in the car knowing you changed it and not the suspicious previous owner. so now is your chance to replace it and possible clean up the head, port it?
and u mentioned ur "going to post in the tech section to fix the thing". what else is broken?

Thanks for the Big Welcome!!! I will try to get pics posted today. The engine bay is really clean, with lots of CHROME!!! oh, and go fast goodies!! lol I was told it has the .57 turbo. I have the stock turbo and piping if anyone's interested. What's it worth???? I have no idea!

Oh, almost forgot! The BHG is the only problem I'm aware of. It steamed a lil upon startup, then mostly quit. I put it on the Freeway and let it roll! :naughty: Wow!~ it is really really fast!! idk what the rwhp is, around 400??? any guesses??
Well, it was really bad after some high rpm's and speed!!!:: angry ::
