I don't think an auto rear diff is 3.73 because this was the rear diff gearing for a manual for that year. Top speed will be lower if the gearing is not 3.73 more than likely.

As far as I know, automatic cars came with the same rear diff as manual. The only difference was if you had a turbo car or N/A, and it was also dependent on the year.

What would you say it was on a 7mgte with the R154? I heard it was 140mph from what i believe was Car and Driver.

A 7m (6500 redline) running stock tire sizes and a 3.73 rear end would have a 171mph max speed. These top speed numbers don't mean your car can actually reach that speed in the real world, they are just theoretical based on redlining the engine in 5th gear.

Find you a long straight stretch of interstate, at a time when there is NO other traffic on the road, and go find out. I have 2 very long bridges in my area that I could do this in. Just get off of the gas as soon as you see any tail lights, and try again later. It will take a while to stop if you have built most of the speed. And, you don't want to have to slam on the brakes from 100+.
