supra 1jz cranks, fires but then dies(video)

so i finially finished my swap the wiring is done there is a few things it does.. the fuel pump always runs, key on or not if i pull the efi fuse it kills my afc neo and id assume my ecu aswell. anyways on to the car.. it cranks shortly fires on all cyllinders it seems for one revolution and then dies.. i have a video but the sound is not very clear please help it would be much appreciated
(ps i have no check engine light coming on when the key is on before i try to start the car)

if you have no CEL when you first start the car it sounds like the ECU has a bad ground or just isn't getting power. try checking codes by jumping E1 and TE1 in the diag. port. if the CEL just stays on yur ECU is toast

ya deffinatly check your grounds and make sure you are getting good voltage to your ECU,

Also if your fuel pump is running constantly then i would say that there is something miss wired somewhere. I would start with that problem. both could be related.

okay so i noticed a few more things.. on initial crank the afc neo i have loses power but only like 50% of the time i blocked off the fuel return line and it seemed to fire a bit longer.. i just have no idea whats up here

oh and i also have great spark on all cyllinders

for the fuel something definitely aint wired right. as for the cranking and losing power i would definitely check the power wire and grounds on the ecu

it teh runs.. the ecu was toast, i am getting codes 14 and 31 now
