I know there are aftermarket rear bushings you can get for the MK3 Supra, but are there any out there for the fronts? Or is it only from the dealer to get new ones? I am planning on replacing all of the bushings in the suspension before this 2J swap is said and done.

I just decided to contact Mr T on this one and my buddy said I can get them at $44 each and there are 13 left in the world. Ronnie sent me a PM and depending on what they are made from I might just get his set. Depending on the shipping cost.

Yeah I looked at it. I am very interested in them. I just wanted a price comparison. Plus, I didn't know exactly what they were. I know the rears are just flat bushings. I have never dropped a subframe ( yet ) so I have never seen one of the bushings for them. I told Ronnie to kick me a set of the fronts, and I will eventually order a set of solid rears. I already ahev a master set of control arm and sway bar bushings from Energy.

Those are spacers and will rigidly mount the rear subframe to the chassis. Not something I'd do for anything other than a racecar...

Curious, where does the stress go when you use subframe spacers like the aluminum ones linked? Steering/alignment components?

You still retain the subframe bushings. I'd imagine most of the stress goes there.
The oem subframe spacers' main role is to reduce noise and vibration for the occupants.

The spacers make the bushing redundant. I'd imagine it would stress the chassis more as well (plus you'll hear everything)
