stupid question

I know i've seen the answer to this somewhere, but i can't find it right now.
Ihave a 90 turbo auto that was swapped to a 5 speed. The question is.... will a harness from an 89 turbo work, or is 90 different? I'm having a lot of trouble getting the car to run, and i think some of the wires are effed.

Depends. Pictures might help.

Are the connectors the same?
Are all the wire colors the same and matching up?

There were some changes in plugs so the pins might be different.

A/t or m/t doesnt matter tho.
