right now i'm at a point in my 2jz swap where all i need are fuel lines and exhaust.

I have 720cc injectors on an HKS dual feed rail and i have 2 walbro fuel pumps. although for now i think i'll only put one in.

i have an 89 NA supra and i was wondering if the stock furl supply line is large enough to support upwards of 500rwhp. i have swapped a 2jz into an 87 before using the stock line, it seemed to be quite fine. but i want a little more reliability. but money is tight for now, so i'm thinking it will be alright for now.

thanks for all the input guys. i would've spent around $200 or more just on lines and fittings tha i wasn't sure i needed. now all i gotta do is build my exhaust and get oil flanges for the turbo. and i'll be running!

If you've spent money on a dual-feed rail and dual fuel pumps, why not do it properly and upgrade the fuel lines as well?

+1

its only 200 more in lines and fittings to be safe for all the 2 pumps can flow

What injectors are you running? single are twin fuel pomp?

BTW at what HP levels you must change your stock lines

Denso 800cc injectors.

Stock pump + Bosch 044 in-line to boost it.

If you have enough volume at high pressure, you can push a lot of fuel through stock lines. What's the burst pressure ;)

Hey how do you like that FP setup?, how much HP have you made like this?. I am thinking of doing the same, exept, I have a MK4 pump intank, then feeding it to an inline 044.......how loud is that pump, like a Walbro?. I just need a little more fuel than a single mk4 pump can supply, 600 whp is my goal.

Back on topic...... a sinlge line should be fine for 600 hp, if you are really short on money you could always just get a second stock feed line from another mk3, or even use the return line as a second feed line then run a regular rubber fuel line from the engine bay to the tank. The return line isnt pressurized so you can run the cheap regular fuel line, for like $1 a foot.

What about the fuel rail of a 2jzgte motor?
They say it can handle about 600 rwhp or maybe more...
And which injectors are plug in for the stock rail without cutting
the oem injector wiring/plugs?

we don't have any supras at any of the junkyards in town. and shipping a fuel line would be out of the question, would get all mangled up. i think for now, running the stock line with only 1 pump in should be more than enough for at least 500hp. so i'll get it tuned for that. then when i get more money i'll throw in the other pump and get all upgraded lines, then turn up the boost to get me where i want to be.

They are. I run them myself.

Power enterprise = rebranded Denso.

Their SH800A model are high impedance 800cc
