Stock electric double fans problem.

The dual mini radiator fans don't work. I just took it off, replaced the two fans(one was damaged, one was missing) and now it doesn't work? I have tried switched the plugs both ways but have had no luck. I had to use WD40 (let it sit overnight) to get the rusted screws off from the broken/missing fan, could this have done anything electrically?

The temp sensor/switches for these fans is on the thermostat housing...the bottom two. Coolant has to reach 107 deg C for the #2 (dual) fan to come on; 95 deg C for the # 3 fan (in front of the condensor) to operate.

Thanks man, I see I should have done some more research, I was just frustrated.

You should be able to test by pulling the connector off the sensor and using a wire to ground the connector against the body or the neg terminal on the battery. Doing this should make the fan run

Wow. They hadn't gone on since my PWR rad went in and I thought I did something wrong...

Problem fixed and I'm a dummy, switch wasn't all the way on oh haha.
