hey guys, my mods are simple.......BIC DDP, BIC test pipe, tanabe cat-back, 2.5" hardpipes, FMIC, blitz DD BOV, K&N FIPK, autolite 3926 copper plugs gapped correctly......those are pretty much the only power mods. Well i'm hitting fuel cut @ around 12-14 PSI ( i know it's normal), and i'm 100% sure it's not a boost leak. Now, i still have my MAF-T to install but i'm wondering if this is going to help my situation at all?? also, is there any way to check to see if the actuator on my wastegate is seized, thus allowing my car to overboost??

Thanks.

you're flowing too much. Switch to MAFT, tune it & you'll be fine.

To check the wastegate actuator, put a air compressor on 10-15 lbs, hook it up to the actuator & watch it move

I aggree, once you replace the stock IC with a good aftermarket one everything is just too free flowing. I have seen 2-4 psi gains in overall boost just by replacing the IC and hard pipes.

You can also try porting out the wastegate hole in the turbo. There is about 2-4 mm of material you can remove all the way around the hole, and blend in the inlet area of the hole. People have found this to help keep the boost down.
