Does anyone know where to buy a steering multiplier? or has anyone successfully decreased the amounth of lock to lock distance on the steering wheel?

I haven't even found too many around anywhere. I know a guy who's put them in AE86's and DSM's quite a bit here in town, I need to talk to him again.
