Is there any gauge pods for the steering column that fit best?

Im ordering my Defi boost gauge soon and i think it comes with a mounting bracket but i didnt know how it would look on the steering column. Are the any pics of people mounting their gauges on the steering column.

I searched and only found a thread that had a limited supply of pics.

Help would be appreciated

Thanks

^ That would be on the 12th page of the build thread. I was looking at pictures, but I'll definitely be back to read that build thread. One question though.......Is that the rear end of a 67 or 68?

Perrin makes a universal pod that is mounted on the steering column. Check out their website for info.

I got this off a VW jetta of a golf.. It does not fit to bad... but will have to be custom mounted to bottom or modified and glued ontop of old...i superglued it to bottom and ended up just black taping it for now till i redo things in there...

Hommer.....nice. That mounted there looks good. I'm still partial to mine 3 pod gauges on the a piller.

I wish they made those gauges black and not white face but still light up like that at night.

I sold my Dual Pillar Pod because it was too much of a police magnet. I only had one gauge and i mounted it on the steering column. IDK where i would put my Turbo Timer if I bought the Perrin Pod. I've been thinking about it though. I'll post a cell phone pic later.

here is the Perrin Pod:

My temporary fix for selling my Pillar Pod. Excuse the lame cell phone picture and the empty gas tank, i was at the gas station, getting out of my car when i took it. If you're wondering why i clocked the gauge that way, I did it so i know if/when i hit boost cut. :(

I always clocked my gauges in my race cars to read needles straight up when in optimum range. One quick glance then tells you when everything is "straight up" everying is good.

i keep lagging to take mine out to send to him, so he can make it for the 90+ column
