starting problem

okay so my battery had died so we went to jump my car and my friend put the jumper cables on backwards for like 5 seconds. and he ended blowing something because after that it wont start all it does is crank. and the CEL wont come on at all, so i checked all the fuses there good, swapped out the igniter , ecu, and coil packs, and still nothing, and i dont hear the fuel pump working so, could it be the relay?
if anyone can help me i would really appreciate it

Blown fuse. Prolly the 100/120 amp alt fuse or fuseable link. It's the bigger ones with clear covers or the wire looking thing.
