ok so yea my car wont start i have a 87 supra (7mge) i havnt tried the relay yet but i plan on it.

Also noticed there is a plug hanging near the starter that is not pluged in i cant find a place for it the wiring for the starter seems to all be there and pluged in but im not %100 sure how long this wire has been hanging.

It starts most of the time until recently now i havnt been able to start the past to days.

When i turn the key it clicks and buzzes but wont start if i do it long enough sometimes longer then others sometimes only twice it will start right up wont have a problem all day untill it sits for more then 6 hours or so.

Just looking for any tips or advice.

Have you had the battery checked? The loose wire, don't remember what somebody said it goes to, mine is loose also.

Is this wire a black wire with a yellow stripe and a female crimp type connector on the end? And after checking the battery, check the relay, and then check to see if you are getting 12 volts at both terminlas. If relay is good and you are getting 12 volts, starter is bad.

That plug does not have anything to do with starter. I wished I could say where it went but I don't know.

good to know i wasnt sure because it is bundled with all the starter wires.
