Standard rebuild with ARP head bolts

Question(s)....My crank wouldnt spin smoothly after torqueing the rods....its has new bearings...new rings...but it spins smoothly without the rods being torqued...aaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrrgggggggggghhhhhhhhh..

any suggestions would be great

i had a rod knock on rod 1...but its the standard bolt...my thread heading supposed to read ARP head bolts apologies.... i had the rod with rod knock machined...n asked the machine shp guy to order the bearings...

In the past I've resized bearings by hand but you'd be stripping the top breakin coating off that ACL use so I can't recommend doing it.

I'd plastigauge it then take the crank, rods and block back and have them recheck the tolerences and correct it. (it's a fairly simple Linish job for them)

The Plastigauge is so they can't say it's ok without touching it.

i took it to the machine shop today it turns out my rod one is out of wack...this is after they rounded it for me the first time i went there and said its fine..so in search of another rod at the moment....
