Not really, the stock tstats on our cars work just fine. If you need better cooling go with an aluminum radiator.

A higher pressure radiator cap only changes the temp that the coolant will boil at. Plus, a higher pressure radiator cap will put more stress on your hoses and if you have just one weak link...

Aftermarket aluminum radiator is the only way to go for better cooling. It costs alot more, but it also does more to keep the engine cool.

stock t-stat... its not better to run 10*or so cooler. Its best to keep the thermostat at the stock spec, where the engine was designed to run.
