Spitting oily water through muffler

I have a problem. when i start up my car ( 92 turbo automatic) and i rev it up it spits like a oily black water out of the muffler n then it will kinda pour out and spit. what is the problem. :1zhelp:

by the way if anybody has a metallic teal 92 let me know b cause there are only about 200 of them in the world n i would like to tell you how can find out what number you have so if you have that color let me know... or if you live in michigan let me know and if you are fimilliar wit it we can go to gratiot n just cruise.

Mine did this too. Then I changed the head gasket and it went away.

Not saying that it is a sign of a blown head gasket, but, it solved my problem.
