Speedometer off by +20mph trip odo won't work

Not the same...the auto has different internal gearing to display correct speed for tranny gearing differences. The auto tranny ETC uses the speedo speed sensor to determine shifts.

You have to pull the gauge cluster (obviously)...unscrew the black top (under dash) cover and you'll see the retaining screws for the cluster. Unplug from the back and pull out. Speedo replacement is easy at that point.

I have this same PROB.. But i wanted to jus replace it with a 92 Cluster altogether.. But i hear there is Minor problems...
