So my speedometer stopped working a couple weeks after i finished my auto to a R154 manual tranny swap just wondering if anyone else encountered the same problem as i did. also the O/D OFF light kept blinking when my speedometer was working but it stopped blinking also. can anyone help me?

One of cables prolly snapped. My guess is the little on at the trans. It's also the easiest to check.
Pull it off turn one side if the other side turns then its good.
For the big one you can turn it And have someone watch the gauge. Might need a drill
