Specs on stock cams?

I am buying cams from a member on this site and he gave me the specs for them but honestly i dont know what all those numbers mean and am looking for the stock specs and how far off is acceptable. Also buying NA Cams is an easy upgrade and they fit right in right?

ive heard that the na cams in a turbo engine builds a lil more power. just how much, i dont know. look around online and youll get the idea of what all the numbers mean.

speaking of stock cams.....I've got a set that were purported to be NA cams. Now, I have no inclination to change my cams, but, I would like to be able to confirm or deny this claim. Is there a way, solely by visual inspection, to determine if a cam or set of cams are from a GE, or a GTE?

Supra n/a vs Supra turbo vs 7M Cressida. Seems like the Supra n/a switched to the Cressida cam in 89...
