Spark Plugs?

I know there's a million forums asking about spark plugs and whatnot but I just want to know what the best spark plugs will be for my set up.

550cc Fuel Injectors
Lexus MAF
Boost Controller (Still not sure what number I'll be running)
DM "drop in" Intercooler

i spent hours trying to figure this out too..... i have the same setup as you, and i finally decided on ngk iridiums. i stayed with the stock heat range as suggested by someone who has a 700hp mk3.

Nice!! Do you happen to know the item number? And what gap size are we supposed to run?

i gapped them to 28thou. the number is bcpr6eix-11 or 4919.
