Spark plug question:

Well... it's been about 2 YEARS since I bought new plugs, but don't freak out... as I never drove the car that much in that time span.

I had NGK coppers, and I just put in some AutoLite coppers.

The NGK's were pretty fouled with oil since I have a valve stem seal leaking problem, so now I have a question.

With these AutoLite coppers, I'm going to run a high gap with low boost.

Do you think I'll notice a HUGE power difference over my oil fouled NGK's vs. the AutoLite plugs?

We'll find out tomorrow.

I had WG issues, and couldn't turn up the boost... and since it was a free one pull dyno I didn't have any time.

that's pretty badass, brent. good for you bud! i'm guessing you'll notice a big difference. i notice a huge difference when i change my autolite coppers (3923's) every 2k miles. always check the gap, too! (i'm sure you know that, i'm just putting that in there to make my post informative also. )

you will notice your car still runs like shit and is harder to start if you have stem seal issues and a bigger plug gap... trust me i know allll about oiled up plugs
