Source for a Toyota 2L-T diesel engine in the USA?

Like the title says, I'm trying to get my hands on a good, running, 2L-T (or 2L-TE, or any related toyota diesel engine). I'm looking for a full swap with the engine/harness/transmission and all the major stuff to swap it into something that was gas. :naughty:

I've been looking, but there are NONE on ebay, and I haven't found any importers who have one in stock. If anyone knows a place that sells them let me know.

Just curious as to what you are planning to do with one of those? Probably make a bad little taco!

I seem to recall Jarco had them on occasion, but I haven't had any reason to keep up with them in a long time. Shouldn't be terribly hard to find, they were in a LOT of Hilux and 4runner trucks...

Yes, it's for my 89' 4-runner. I'm not a fan of the 3VZE, it's a pig and is slow anyway. At least a diesel is about 28-30mpg and can be run on alternate fuels easily in an emergency. I've heard these are only about $1800, and I can sell the 3VZE for half that locally.
