Okay! Well I did READ THE STICKY!! But I don't understand and it is to old to reply, so I copied everything, and I can start again!!

I am missing some things here. from what I can tell this is a Oil pressure sensor, look through it on the driver side of the block and look down hard to take a picture with all the times in the way I have no plug.

This is the two plugs I don't know what they go to or if i need to use them thanks. They're the eb1 eb2

This is a knock sensor but I see no plug for it, is the wire black for this? My 2nd knock sensor is black so I would say it is as well.

Okay I have these two plug and one wore I have not an idea of what they connect to any idea?

4.

These two green/brown stripe wires not a clue as well they were cut as you can tell. It looks like* there are 4 wires those are shadows there they both green and brown stripe through one I am sure.

Now I have a problem these are alternator wires but it already has the main wires that I am use to on the 7m, these look to go somewhere else?

For starter I have a 1jz-gte out of a soarer A/T with harness + ECU. I do not have a map sensor and I need to know where it plugs into*

Okay also eb1 eb2 yeah I see these plugs I have them but mine are cut I have the plugs connected in then the wires are cut after like the plugs shown I don't understand what I am suppose to do with these. Also i have no idea what c1 means these eb1 and eb2 one of a 7 wires it tells me what they are for I splice those into the 7m harness or the body harness?

What is the m1 plug pic's please? And do i wire that up to the 7m harness or what?

What is the b1 Plug and how do I wire it into the ma70 and what is the b2 plug as well and what do I wire. i really need a pin layout of everything though..

I need a pin layout of a soarer so i can put in a jza70 ecu. Should I get a A/T or M/T?

Please and thank you guys I am really trying here I looked up a lot of stuff to help but many things I can not find and are hurting me I need to learn the full wiring of this automatic trans ahrness here.

thanks!

How to wire a 1JZGTE from JZZ30 into MA70

There are two plugs on Driver side near Junction Block #2, a 3 wire plug and 7 wire plug

3 wire plug EB2

• Black – yellow from old alternator plug and black from EB1
• White – white from old alternator plug
• Black/Red – Black/Red from C1 plug and Black/Red from EB1

7 wire plug EB1

• Blue –Blue from old AC connector

• Black/Red – Black/Red of C1 plug and Black/Red of EB2
• Black – Black of EB2 and Yellow of old alt plug
• Black/Orange – Black/Orange of C1 plug
• Black/Yellow – Black/Yellow of C1 plug

Next you are going to be using wires from engine harness are IJ1, IJ2, IK1, IK2
7M plugs that you are going to use from inside the glove box are M1, B1, B2

EB1 and EB2 plugs

There's a box you can tick that will let you reply to an old thread....

Oh ha.. I guess that goes to show I should ( slow ) down a little there I did jsut figure the m1 plug, b1 plug, and b2 plug. You make a plug and it tells you what color and what they will go too.

IJ. I have a very good idea ahead here. I am not sure if it has been attempted or not, but I think i may try it. I have looked at the sensors on this motor. The locations and plug types. I am almost positive with a little work I can connect a 7m wiring hraness on here. The oil pressure sensor will fit a 7m one.

The water temp plug ( exact same ) , and the knock sensors I also think have the same threads into the block, Only thing I can think I may have sometime figuring is the cam position sensor. I found out it works off a cam shaft ( intake one ) it's pretty sweet. Anyhow I have been looking into this it's jsut an idea, also the resistor pack i will have to wire that in as well.

I wish I could help Ethan, but I can't. I don't know anything at all about a supra, and even less about a soarer............::dunce::

Hopefully somebody will chime in here or you can send a pm to some of the guys that have already did this using soarer parts. Good luck.

I thought the JZ ECT was onboard with the main ECU and not seperate like the 7M's?

ECT for mine may be I am not sure, but.. the ecu I have would be more useful if I knew the exact... pin's and color of the wires..

I read up on the How to swap the Soarer motor and harness in.. But it doesn't say what Ecu is being used, I am not sure if the jza70 ECU plugs into the Soarer harness..

I will have to see the pin out for the jza70 how many and there shape I am sure it's on here somewhere!

Have you posted any of this on Supraforums? Have you pm'd any of the people that have done this swap with a soarer engine?

hey Jay. I have great news, I have been in contact with someone on Supraforums, I also have posted information on there as well. I am getting great info here, and a lot of great help from people that have done this swap or know what I need to know.

I will let you know soon how everything is going, have a great night.

I'm having the exact opposite problem from this.

I bought a 1JZ harness from a Soarer and it was converted to JZA70 (cut and spliced and soldered) so now i have to re-do it all back since I needed it for a soarer.

1. That's the oil pressure sending unit, the yellow/black wire in pic 4 goes to it.

3. Yes that's the knock sensor, and unfortunately, that IS the plug that you're looking at right there. The wire that went to the plug is the clear one in pic 4.

5. Those are for the PPS switch, you can use the original from your MA70, if you have PPS.

Just use the alternator wiring from your MA70 and extend it so that it's long enough.

Hope that helps, it's a start anyway :) Oh an yes, you can use the auto ECU.
