he hasnt ran it on his new setup,
he used to be at 240whp and ran a low 14 I think.
now with 280 I am not too sure

Low 14's? I would have thought mid to high 13's at the most, being that Integras are pretty light. My car has about 280 to the crank and i beat STi's all day and they are low 13 sec. cars. Either way its a sweet looking Integra not as nice as your Mk3 but, what do you expect. lol!
