So some moron hit my brothers car

My brother was driving straight at 50km/h, he has no stop signs or lights (it is literally right next to my house) the guy decides to try to turn in fornt of him for some reason :1zhelp: brother brakes (he has a 300zxtt brake upgrade too!) and still hits him.
My brother calls me. I go down and start askign the owner wtf was he thinking, he said oh i thought he was going to go aroudn me. Anyway damage isnt major at all. he needs a new hood, front bumper and headlight cover. Nothing is pushed at all (omfg the van it hit was like fubar'd ahaha)on my bros car and the stuff liek i said is very minor. So is there a way my brother can get a bumper from yota? Like we want to get everything as good as it can cause like might as well punish those dumbasses. The guy even refused to give his card at first and i was as politely as i could tell him to stop being a douchebag and give it up. Cops didn't come but he has 2 witnesses anyway. So whats the best option for him? Just want your opinions on what would be the best thign for him ( we are probably goign to settle for a shineauto bumper cause he wants to upgrade looks .also, how do we go about with the paint as well? This is new to me so yeah help me guys!

try going 65 (mph) on the freeway and having a guy SLAMMM on his brakes and go fishtailing and 360ing across the freeway! Came out unscathed too!

bumper, hood, and headlight cover and fender (because i think the bumper might have pushed where it mounts a bit. is not bad at all!

uum i wouldve called the cops because if you try and collect....you said he has two witnesses....what would stop them from changing their story? The cops would at least have the evidence to say it was his fault

oh and his fender is touchign his door slightly, im thinkign the bumper might have pushed the mounting from the nose piece a bit in.

we have witnesses. I meant my brother has 2 witnesses (one being me and one this older lady), plus we filed a claim with the local police dept because we called them and they didnt come after 1/2 an hour.

Most MkIII guys work their asses off for what they have, even for little things, while facing the problems posed by a car that is (or is reaching) 20 years old, and on top if it we have to worry about friggin idiots who can't make proper judgment while driving.
This is like the 4th MkIII crash thread I've seen in a week, and it really sucks.

itreally isnt a crash, more like a minor fender bender. the car still is very driveable, nothing was wrong inthe engien bay, its just the van he his will think twice before turning randomly. Thanks for your support. Luckily it wasn't my car or i would have gone freaking APESHIT!
