I want to get this right the first time around, does anyone have any experience with any of the given models on their website? I am planning to pick up an Intuos3 9X12. It is around 400 dollars for the unit..

I've had a couple of no-name brand tablets which in the end break or get tossed because i can't find drivers anymore. I opted for a Wacom Intuos3 A5wide and it's the best choice i ever made. Only buy a wide one if you're on a widescreen though

As for pens, just use the standard grip pen. I have the airbrush and marker too but i rarely use them.

I take it that this is kinda like a Bamboo pad? If so, that thing is awesome (yet I have nothing else to compare it to)
