I have a few broken plugs on my wiring harness for the 2j I'm swapping in.

So I thought, what the hell, I'll just check out how much a brand spanking new harness would cost since I was at the toyota dealership anyways.

Any guesses?

Well, I nearly fell outa my seat when then told me, sure they could get me one....

It's only gonna cost me $2800 US! And take 6 to 8 weeks to arrive.

LOL

I was quoted $4000 by my local dealership, and told that they probably couldn't get it anyway. Turns out this meant, "Go away, we don't want to deal with the trouble of ordering it."

Both Champion and Vancouver Toyota could get them, and they both had similar prices, well under $500.
