I'm squeezing it in between work and stuff, so it's taking forever, but I'm ALMOST done. Just a couple more things to put back.

How do these pieces go into the engine bay? Pics of them installed would be GREAT!

In the first one, I see that it attaches to the fuel rail, but I don't figure out where the probe looking thing goes.

In this one, I don't know what the top metal part connects to.

I've never taken out that first part all the way, but it looks like the cold start injector to me.

The second is the EGR system. It goes on the backside of the intake plenum.

The TSRM will detail the process of putting both of those things back on.

RX7 is correct.

That is the cold start injector, and it goes on the bottom of the intake plenum.

The hose attaches to the center of the fuel rail.

The first item plugs into the top of the combustion chamber in between the y of the y pipe connecting to the upper plenum or combustion chamber.

The 2nd piece the extreme top T plugs into the backside of the combustion chamber on the side facing inward.

It throws the egr right to where you can find it's spot.


Then you have 3 vac lines that hook to the black piece at the end of the nylon braid.

That piece floats right above the egr and in commune with the throttle body and linkage.

I hope this helps.
