White/ I did the turbo install and did not remove the bottom ic pipe and it is possible that I got coolant in the pipe so I going to check there and see!

Is the turbo rebuilt? Or did you have one blown and then removed it? If its rebuilt, its a possable bad turbo. If the previous turbo blew, your lower IC pipe is filled with oil.

Also, make sure you have the right size turbo oil drain and make sure the center housing is straight up and down.

I had the turbo rebuilt a couple of years back it has 12k on it/ I took it off because I chipped 1 fin on comp side and wanted to have it checked out.. then the owner of tec turbo (place that built the turbo) PASSED AWAY so I decided to go with the put it on the car idea and wham problems....

Do a leak down on the head and see if you get air back into the cooling system. IF you do, you have a bhg.

With a chipped fin on the turbo, it could possibly be out of balance causing the thing to billow smoke.

Problem solved!!!!!!!!!! The pvc vacume lines that go from the turbo inlet tube to the valve covers to the TB was plugged causing my crankcase to fill with smoke under boost, cleaned out and runs great!
