small ticking on bottom end

i have a small ticking on the bottom end of my car and when i push the clutch pedal alll of the way to the ground it stops. I was gettin on the car quite a bit today (burnouts n such) and i hope i didnt mess anything up. no affect to performance what so ever, just a small tick i noticed after getting quizno's

Does it do it in neutral too? Put the ebrake on while engine is running and you hear the noise, put a long screwdriver to the tranny tunnel and see if the noise is really loud there. Sounds like the throw out bearing

If it vibrates when the clutch is engage, which is taking the pedal off the floor, the disc is likely warped. The springs on the disc could also be bad.

It is called chatter.

well i couldnt hear it when i was driving the car... only when it was parked and in neutral. And the sound WENT AWAY WHEN I PUT THE CLUTCH TO THE FLOOR, not when i take it AWAY from the floor. by the way i wasnt yelling just highlighting what was misunderstood by the post before me.
