Small block Chevy to r154

Has anybody successfully mated a r154 to a small block Chevy like a ls, 350, or a 383? I am thinking of swapping this into the supra http://www.jegs.com/i/Blueprint-Engines/138/BP3834CTC1K/10002/-1?parentProductId=1197263.
