Does anyone know the proper methods and tools to remove the welding slag from these ebay/chinese tubular manifolds? I found this picture online, but cannot find the name of the tool or if it's the right kind to remove this kinda slag:

be sure you clean it out real well when you are done. then clean it out again. the smallest little piece of anything hitting the turbine wheel at 70,000 rpm will wreck a wheel.

Thanks guys :). Are there any specific brand/model (or sizes) of wire brushes and sanding wheels you recommend? I definitely want to make sure it's perfectly clean before running the new setup on this manifold.

I come from a land down under
A hone as pictured is the very wrong tool for this job, a die grinder with carbide burrs or mounted stones then finish off with sanding rolls is the right way to do it.
