ok guys and gals here it goes. i am currently going na/t. as you all may know or not know. my first supra was an 86.5 na with sports package. and then i wrecked it and totalled it so then i got a 87 turbo supra. but the turbo supra had been sitting for sometime, so i tinkered with it and got it running, but it wasnt running very good i had to work on it atleast once a week to keep it on the road. then one day she called quits on me. low compression in all cylinder especially 4 and 5. so i just decided why not go na/t since i still got my NA.
so thats what i did i started pulling the motor out of the 87 and then pulled out the NA motor. so now im starting my NA swap into NA/T. since i got everything i need for the swap i wont have to spend money on extra parts.
here is the links to my 87 turbo pics and pics of my old NA 86.5.

Please correct me if i'm wrong. Are you planning on dropping hte 86.5 harness and motor in the 87 then turboing it? Thats whats going on in my mind right now. But If so, I was gonna say, just strip the GE down and bolt everything on the GTE on to it with the GTE electronics. Good luck bro.
