Hey Guys i got her running !!!!! after a couple of months of working on it and waiting on parts she is finally on the road. it all started when i was driving down the street and saw her standing there waiting for me to buy her....lol i asked and the owner said he wanted it gone and that it dropped a valve.... he said give me 500.00 and is yours, the next day she was mine. Towed her home, Took the head off and what did i find? the DAMN tip of the sparkplug had broken off and was sock to the head making the KNOCKING sound , i compleatly had the head rebuild . put a HKS MHG and ARP studs, CLEANED and SCRUBBED the entire engine bay and powdercoated EVERYTHING under the hood got her all back together and BAM!!! she started right up and she runs like a champ..... i did take some pics wich i will be posting soon. thank you all for all the help and advise.......

Wow, I don't think I've seen a powdercoated engine block yet...

I wonder if it would be feasable to ceramic coat the block, or would that mess things up with the block needing to expand a little for heat?
