That was one bad ass sounding 7m. I love the sound of the 7m my 1j will never sound as good. I had a 7mgte but had a bhg. I swore off 7m's after that. Sorry to hear about the bhg. Is that why you have that angry 7m?

Why the SAFC in a car running a standalone?

I've torn apart a bunch of these engines, and I've never seen the rings go before the ringlands on the pistons. Here's to hoping you're the first! The blocks are so tough that it takes a lot of miles to show any damage to the cylinders after the pistons break.

I have my built block for sale for dirt cheap you know, compression tested at 170 in 5 holes and 165 in one. I just gave in to my LSX friends heckling me. Make an offer dude. Has an HKS stopper installed in it even.

Err... is this the same engine that you posted this about?

So today the frost plug popped out and the engine over heated and is burning oil like crazy.

Full part out coming soon I am done with the supra game, kinda drunk but definitely done with the 7m. I achieved what I wanted and a $2 part fucked me over.

Ah, right - I'd forgotten that the EBC from those guys looks exactly like the SAFC from a distance. That one does boost by gear, too, right?

You should rig it up in the future. I limit 1st gear to 10-12psi and get full traction and really snappy launches from stop lights Without it, it would just roast the tires in 1st every time, and was quite useless.

for now i just don't bother with frist and just uses my right foot to control it
