Some of you may remember that I just finished installing a new headgasket on my 87 Toyota Supra Turbo. Anyways after getting everything back together I had a considerable oil leak coming from under the turbo. Oil was quirting on the passenger side of the engine bay.

Last night I took the turbo off and put some sealant on the oil line heading into the bottom of the turbo. Fire her up today and the oil leak is not as bad, but still leaking a considerable amount. I am going to have my gf turn the car on while I am under there later tonight so I can pinpoint the exact location of the leak.

Any ideas on what it is? Where can I get a gasket for the oil line running to the bottom of the turbo?

This is reallllllllly anoying the crap out of me. :1zhelp:

Alex: There have been a few oil fires on Mk3's recently all around that side of the motor so at the very least buy an extinguisher and keep it handy just in case!

Hmm thanks for the warning. I have in the Mustang that I will keep in the garage.

Has anyone figured out what ever the hell it is that is leaking? or causing the fires?

So has anyone had these leaks, or know what I am missing on the oil line? I got stung by a hornet last night as well and now my hand is too swolen to work on it. :(

I must be missing something here. This leak is pissing me off.

I wont be driving the car for a long time untill all the leaks and problems are secured. But I will definitly keep a extinguisher handy.

Ideas or cures appreciated!
