shaft play

ok i have the ct26a that i was told was bb from harry at mr2guru and i was wondering if it should have any shaft play at all because it does but harry told me that it would have a little cuz it was bb and that when it was mounted and had oil pressure on it that there would be no shaft play and that it only did cuz it was bb is hell lying or is he right cuz i dont know what to believe. after all i did trade my wifes na auto supra for this turbo thinking it was bb i also got the stock 7m ic oh and my wifes car had a broken rod

The only BALL BEARING ct 26's are the ones Im making.

Its a floater beraing. A little side to side play is ok. When I mean a little, Im taking 1 POSSIBLY 2 thousandths IF THAT.

BTW sounds to me like he ripped you off. Car for a stock ct26?

well the car had some issues but i could use the parts now thats for sure but it spins smoothly hen you spin it by hand and it doesnt move that much but i was just curious thanks
