SFI or MPI

are the 1JZ's like the 2J's as in are they SFI also or are they like the 7M's MPI

can somebody tell me what mpi and spi stand for... and what the difference is.

multi port injection and sequential multi port injection, MPI all injectors fire at once, SPI only fires injectors on the cylinders intake stroke

well.. they dont all fire at once.. they are grouped into 3 sets of 2 (7m and 1jz)
