Tap will retread the hole. A die will retread the bolt. Need to have the right size and that I do not know.

You can find a bolt that fits and match the tap and die up to it tho.

Might be best to get another from a donor car being parted out. Either that, or get a new one from a hardware store, but make sure you get a strong bolt and not just the cheapest one that will fit. Nobody likes when their seat belt doesn't do it's job, and the occupant has a dashboard sammich as a result. ;)

You can buy one. Hardware store should have it.

You will also need to know thread pitch. And the size isn't the size of the head. It's prolly a 12x1.25 or 1.5. If you stick a 12mm wrench on the threads it should be close to the same.

I have the same thing and bought a helicoil kit to fix/re-thread the nut, once I pull the bolt back out. I bought a new seatbelt and it comes with a new bolt. I think these are fairly standard and you can easily pull one at the junkyard. Dunno that running a die will get you enough useful thread on that bolt. I have extra bolts, but am sure that the nut is where my issue is going to be worse.

By the time I send ya a bolt, U coulda already got one from another Toyota at the junkyard. If you find that the nut is jacked up, LMK and I'll send you the helicoil kit (it has the tap) once I've done mine (don't go spending another $50 for the kit). Comes with 6 inserts and I'm only using 1...

Good luck!
