Ok the other night I got a bonus at work and decide to get me a tatto and the wife has been wanting another one so it worked out nicely for both of us. So we head out and go to a local place thats a couple of miles from the house. We get there and the guy ask for our ID's so i prompltly put mine on the counter and look at my wife she has a glazed look on her face and says that she left hers at home. So we head back to the house and one the way home I pull up next to this Scion TC with a temp tag on it. Now let me state for the Record that I rarely ever street race except on open interstate. With that said I am sitting there and he starts to rev so I know what he wants but I just give him a look that says STFU. He and his buddy start to laugh and that did it for me. Now I know that my NA is not fast but I like it and It works for me. So now I thump the throttle and edge up even with them. At this point they are still laughing so I pull my RPM's up to about 3K and wait to blister the new clutch i just put in and test my Used 7MGE that i pulled from my parts car and only completed the swap 2 days before with less than 10 miles on it. When the light changes all hell brakes loose and we both take off for the first block he had a 1 car lead on me but as i rounded off 2nd to 3rd it was obvious that I was pulling strong on him and that he had no chance of keeping his lead. As i hit 4th I start to let off because I had about a 2 car lead on him but that wasn't enough as he tried to do the Ricer Flyby and I will not have that shit. We keep going till I was half way through 5th and was triple digits and about a half block ahead of him. So I slow down as the adrinalin starts pumping and damned if he didn't pull the ricer fly by flashing his lights like he got me. What a punk I have lost many of times and I always show respect even in a loss.
Well feeling confident from the night before I was driving across a long bridge like 3 miles long and came up on this newer style ford f250 and he wanted some so I thought this big ole truck is going to be easy well I got spanked like I had brought home all F's on my report card after that I backed down and continued my trip to work well when I got there i found the truck sitting in the parking lot of the new Whataburger they are building and the guy waved me down so I stop to talk. Yeah you never know who's got what as his truck is a turbo desiel and has the new Joe Banks Six Gun kit on it the fucking intercooler is bigger than my radiator and twice as thick. He said he is putting down about 400HP and around 750Ft/lb or tourqe.
