Safe, Strong, Hubcentric wheel spacer?

Is there such a thing as a safe and strong wheel spacer that is hubcentric nad will not harm the integrity of the suspension, hubs, and wheels?
Im wondering if there is a safe solution to wanting to possible push the wheels out slightly without causing unsafe conditions.

project kics is by far the best wheel spacer made. im not certain they are hubcentric tho. but you could buy hubcentric rings to go with them.
