im looking to get an safc to lean it out around 5500 rpms (running 10:1 or less) and i was looking and it said something about having a correction for open air blow off valves for afm cars? is this true? id love to vent the bypass to open air but that can cause problems when u let off.
any help appreciated

Venting shouldn't be an issue with an auto since it never goes out of boost between shifts. Only time you'll have an issue is when you let off; there will be some extra unburned fuel being dumped out your exhaust. I have a Greddy Type-S vented to the atmosphere on my Talon (it's an A/T).

Also, I would not recommend venting the stock BPV, since it is likely to leak a little during normal driving; get an aftermarket BOV if you want to vent to the atmosphere.
